Melissa Amalir is a multidisciplinary illustrator whose work ranges from drawing to puppetry to film. Currently, she is combining her love for Victorian aesthetics and analogue photographic techniques to illustrate the strange and unusual. Inspired by a range of past, contemporary and international practitioners, her work dips into the world of shadowy dreams and fantasy, frequently journeying through the land of silly little creatures.
